You may view your rental details at any time by signing into your customer account. You will also use your customer account to make your rental decision for the next school year. If you did not rent your instrument online originally, then your Sign In credentials were sent to you in a recent letter from Star City Music, with a temporary password. If you rented your instrument online, then you already set up your customer account with your email address and your chosen password.
